Defective Items:
If your knife arrives with a defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. -
Returns for Replacement (Non-Defective):
If you would like a new knife for any reason other than a defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. -
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. All eligible returns will be processed as replacements only. -
Replacement Shipping:
If the item is in stock, your replacement knife will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
