BBQ style Carving Set includes pantry style caving knife made from cryogenically treated Japanese 440c stainless steel. Blade length is 9 1/4 inches 1 1/4 inch wide handle size. Razor sharpe hollow ground heat treated satin finish. Fork is 12” overall with 5 5/8” tines 5 3/8 handle size length also heat treated 440C stainless steel with a satin finish. Set includes a solid maple Burl mid-size cutting board. Set is handmade, handle material is very high quality acrylic acetate and Cocobolo hardwood
