Gyuto Chef Blade

The Gyuto chef blade is made from very high Quality 1.4116 stainless steel. Full tang with a full flat ground edge (with a secondary bevel) hardened and sharpened. 1.4116 steel is an excellent choice for chef knife blades due to its corrosion resistance and easy sharpening. It has an excellent balance of hardness and toughness which ensures a sharp edge while being durable enough for daily use. Overall length is 12 1/4”blade lenght 71/4” and a 2” width and a 54-55 HRC rating
